• For KYC (Know Your Customer) verification, 4xxx may request identity documents, proof of address, or other documentation at any time.
• 4xxx reserves the right to withhold large withdrawals until verification is complete.

3 Eligibility & Age Requirements

To use 4xxx's services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 4xxx's services are not available to minors.
• You must reside in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by law.
• Individuals who are legally incapable of entering into contracts due to mental incapacity or a court order are not permitted to use 4xxx.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals on 4xxx:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• All transactions must be made through a payment method registered in your name. Transactions via third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 24 hours. Pending verification may extend this timeframe.
• Any portion of a withdrawal that has not met the bonus wagering requirements will be withheld.
• If a transaction fails for any reason, the amount will be automatically refunded within 24–72 hours.
• Applicable exchange rates will be used for currency conversion, with no hidden charges.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

• Each bonus carries its own wagering requirements. Typically, you are required to wager 20–40 times the bonus amount.
• The welcome bonus is available only once per new account.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they convert to real balance once the wagering requirements are met.
• If bonus abuse is detected, 4xxx reserves the right to cancel the bonus and suspend the account.
• Claiming bonuses across multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or payment method is prohibited.
• Each promotion has a fixed validity period. Expired bonuses will be cancelled automatically.

6 Gaming Rules

• If a technical error causes the outcome of a game round to be uncertain, all bets for that round will be voided and stakes fully refunded.
• If a game is interrupted due to a lost internet connection, the system will automatically attempt to restore the session.
• In Live Casino games, the dealer's decision is final; however, any complaints can be raised with support.
• In Sports Betting, if a match is cancelled or incomplete, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable rules.
